"Lunchtalk Lehre" in the winter semester 2021/22

The Vice President for Studies and Teaching, Prof. Niels Pinkwart, and the bologna.lab would like to enter into a continuous, open exchange with students, teachers and other members of Humboldt-Universität on (digital) learning and teaching under pandemic conditions.

To this end, we are further expanding the format of the "Lunchtalk Teaching" in the winter semester 2021/22. The Lunchtalks are planned as a semester-long series of informal events that address topics from the ongoing discussions on the implementation of (digital) teaching and learning between presence and online. All members of Humboldt-Universität are cordially invited to join the Lunchtalks and participate in the discussion. They take place monthly on Wednesdays from 13:00-13:50 in the run-up to the Jour Fixe of the Deans of Studies. As the meeting falls during the lunch break for some, the lunchtalks are explicitly planned as lunchtime talks, i.e. you are welcome to bring your lunch or digestive coffee to the meeting. Each lunchtalk will feature a longer impulse or a series of short impulses, but also plenty of time for questions and discussion.

Up-to-date information on the programme, materials and space for follow-up can be found on the programme's page: https://www.digitale-lehre.hu-berlin.de/de/beratung/lunchtalk-lehre-im-wintersemester-2021-2022

Peer-to-Peer-Counselling, Peer-Group-Advice, Team Advice

On request, we offer also peer-to-peer-counselling. In these sessions, you can work on a topic in depth. The staff member from bologna.lab serve in these sessions as facilitators and brings in their didactical expertise.

We recommend a group size of max. 12 people, so a lively group exchange is possible, but the group is still small enough to ensure personal discussion in a trusting atmosphere. Ideally, all participants share a similar background, e.g. they all teach at the same institute. The exchange will usually take about 2 hours. Usually, the institute or the faculty invite participants. Other forms of peer counselling can also take part in context of staff days, conference or metings.

Please send us your requests and topics via e-mail.

Thematic Input

We are happy to prepare thematic input and presentations on your questions, for example for staff days at your institute, conference, meetings etc.
